Offer the SmartPOS Shopper app in your store
If your shop, restaurant or pharmacy runs SmartPOS Hub, you can offer the SmartPOS Shopper app to your customers. They join your store with your QR poster or store code, see your prices, order ahead, use Scan & Go, show their store card at the counter and keep every receipt — all from your existing SmartPOS Hub data.

How it works for your store
Section titled “How it works for your store”- The app is part of SmartPOS Hub. Products, prices, stock and sales come from your account; app orders arrive with your other online orders, and your staff see app chats in the inbox and in the SmartPOS Business app.
- You switch it on in SmartPOS Hub under Settings › Shopper app & Scan & Go, and decide which features your customers see and whether new members need your approval.
- When a cashier scans a customer’s store card or cart code, that customer is linked to the sale — so receipts and member prices just work.

Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Does my store need SmartPOS Hub to use the Shopper app?
Yes. The SmartPOS Shopper app works with stores that run SmartPOS Hub. Your products, prices, stock, customers and sales come straight from your SmartPOS Hub account, so there is nothing extra to keep in sync.
Do my customers pay for the app?
No. SmartPOS Shopper is free for shoppers. The Shopper app features are part of your SmartPOS Hub plan; check your plan or contact SmartPOS to see what is included.
How do customers find my store in the app?
Print the QR poster with your store code and put it at the entrance and the counter. Customers scan it or type the code. You can also share your store link, and choose to list your store in Find stores with your category, hours and location.
Can I choose which features my customers see?
Yes. You decide whether customers can order in the app, use Scan & Go, book, chat with you and more, and whether new members join freely or need your approval. Customers only see what you switched on.
